1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order details.
2. Refund & Replacement Policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been delivered correctly due to hygiene and safety reasons.
However, you are eligible for a replacement or refund in the following cases:
You receive the wrong product.
You receive a damaged product.
The product is received in a defective or unusable condition.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Your Order ID
Clear photos of the product received
Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
A brief description of the issue
3. Verification
Once we receive your request, our team will review the information provided. If the claim is verified, we will, at our discretion:
Send the correct replacement product at no additional cost, or
Process a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
The amount may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:
The product has been used or opened (unless it is defective).
The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery.
Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.
The product was damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
